Vegetable diet should last from three to five days. For this time you will be able to relax organism, let it to take a short rest from difficult protein food, lose up to 3 kilograms.
For one day one can eat up to 1,8 kilograms of any vegetables, except potatoes. You can use uncooked vegetables, boil, prepare on the steam, stew. You can also prepare salads or beetroot salads, dressing them with not big quantity of vegetable oil, low-calorie mayonnaise, lemon juice, vinegar. In salads and beetroot salads uncooked and taken of heat treatment vegetables can be combined.
It is necessary to divide all the recommended products of vegetable diet into six food doses. It will be better to drink tea or pure drinking water of room temperature.
