    The banana diet

     
    The diet of banana diet is - 2-3 bananas and 3 glasses of milk in a day. You should divide these products into several meal doses - minimum as usual for you, and better to do the quantity of meal doses 1-2 more.
    The banana diet lasts 3 days. Banana diet allows losing up to 3 kilograms of the whole body weight. But these kilograms can be returned very quickly, if you forget about all the limitations after diet ending and return to usual meals for you, thanks to which these superfluous kilograms were gained.
    Banana diet is rather hard and difficult; I think such banana fasting day can do good to you (2-3 bananas and 3 glasses of milk in a day in 1-2 weeks).
